So...I read all of the reviews before I came myself to taste the food, mostly great reviews except for a couple of reviews. One review said the food was bland(no taste) and I can say that's a lie. I don't know who mad the reviewer upset but let's not lie now. I would've gave all 5 stars but the place needs to be updated with new tables, paint, etc. They also have an 99 health department rating, so their really clean. Places like this needs to be where it can get more traffic: hoover, or homewood even. Keep up the good work.

It was my first time and definitely won’t be my last. Portions were huge and food was delicious. I’m hardly ever impressed enough to leave a Google review but it was worth me going to the Eastside. I had the oxtail plate and it did not disappoint.
