Krystal

No outside lights, looks to be closed. Not well light, anything can jump out on you. The food is horrible, as long as it takes, the least you can give fresh food. I go to Krystal for a reason, the food is good when fresh, close the place if this is the best you can do. No need in giving too old chilli, that's so dark that it's unrecognizable. Service is better than what they are serving.

I have not been in this Krystal in many years. It was awful back then. I never wanted to go back. My husband wanted their cheese burgers last week so I went back after all this time. I went inside because I wanted to see if it was clean. I was extremely surprised that not only was it clean, the employees greeted me with smiles and even ask about my day. I can see back there where they are cooking and everything was neat and organized. My food was fresh, hot and delicious. I'm so glad I went back. The crew that day were awesome!

Person at window was rude. After I had been at window for a few minutes and realized I used the wrong card, and then completed transaction, I also realized I had one sauce and needed an additional sauce. She tells me pull down cause you running up my time. Secondly, upon requesting the sauce, the young lady told me her manager gave me two when I showed her it was clearly only one in the bag.l and proceeds to argue with me. So, I requested a manager, she came and then stated it only comes with one. I told her that was understandable but the whole situation was handled wrong from the beginning. However, I agreed to pay the requested amount and she then gives me a price different from what I had just payed on Friday stating that it may have been rang up wrong when I last visited. Overall, the staff is VERY unprofessional and lacks customer service skills.
