Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint Birmingham

Jack Browns has the coolest and unique atmosphere, with fantastic and personable service team. The burgers are by far the best I’ve had in Alabama or probably anywhere. No rabbit food allowed on burgers besides on special occasion. The special sauce beats everyone’s sauce.

The best place, with the best staff and the best food! If you love burgers this is the place to go. Definitely best burgers in Birmingham! Also patio is dog friendly! The Greg Brady with pepper jam and bbq chips is THE BEST. Additionally, their secret sauce is outstanding. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

I'm only posting this review to get someone to contact me. Once they do, I will be glad to remove this review. I have been to Jack Brown's several times. The burgers are awesome. My issue is the communication as a business overall. I drove to JB's to place an order. Note: I've tried in the past to order over the phone, but found out after driving there, that they don't do that anymore. Once I arrived, there was a note on the door stating to wait to be helped. The guy comes to the door. I tell him I want to place a to-go order. He asked how many burgers, and I said one. He told me to place my order at the bar. I waited about 5 minutes and the girl behind the counter told me they were not taking any more to-go orders. The way everything is electronically driven nowadays, there has got to be a way to inform potential customers of this. What if someone who's never eaten at this place before comes there...How would they know?
