Half Shell Oyster House Birmingham

We great customers service. I ate my first oysters to this season and were not as salty as I liked but they were good My husband ordered shrimp and they were delicious

We’ve been to the trussville location, but this experience was superior in every way. We were greeted and sat quickly, our server Mariah was personable and quick to offer her choice favorites (which paid off for both my husband and I), our drinks were managed throughout the meal, the food was quick, hot and well prepared, quite literally everything exceeded our expectations. We were so thrilled with the service we stopped to speak with the manager Rob on our way out. The service ran like a well oiled machine despite being short staffed and having large parties in house. Could not praise this location more highly.

Excellent dinner and service (Aaron). I first ate at Half Shell in Biloxi and have been wanting to go back. I recently found out there are a couple of locations in/near Birmingham. There will also be a new location in Pelham around the end of May (Campus 124 complex). A truly great place for date night. We had crawfish cornbread, charbroiled oysters, seafood stuffed portobello, and Caesar salad with voodoo shrimp. All were very good.
