Full Moon Bar-B-Que

Jeff is awesome. He's the manager at full moon and does a great job. Really takes care of his customers. All the food is great, I would recommend the okra and the macaroni and cheese. The catfish is the best I've had. All the sides I had we're good. The baked beans could have used a bit more flavor.

my husband and I were dine in on 10/01/2022. The food, as always was great with the exception of my French fry tray having cheese sauce in it which made me think I received recycled French fries which kind of grossed me out but, as this review goes on I can kind of understand why! My biggest gripe about the visit was the manager on duty that night. I understand that there is a certain amount of "coaching" (for lack of a better word) and hustle that would be expected on any job. However, whom ever was managing on Friday had ME upset and I don't even work there!!! The way he just kept barking out orders to everyone over and over and over was a bit much. On top of that, the girl on the register was NEW and being trained, he kept barking orders at her which caused her to mess up a couple of peoples orders he didn't care he just kept barking orders out at her to speed up and he was yelling at the people who were preparing the food in the back.(which is probably why the cheese sauce showed

I have never been disappointed with any of the foods at the Trussville location, however on Sunday 9/25/22 I went in to grab some of their, usually AWESOME squash casserole, on this occasion it was so salty it was almost not edible. I have never experienced this before and just wanted the management to know. I wasted my money.
