Cayo Coco Rum Bar & Restaurante

My fiancée took me here for a date night two weeks ago and we had the best time! Ashley E. was our server and she was so pleasant. We got the zombie and the mojito as cocktails, both were delicious but the zombie was a show stopper! Followed by the croquettes and sausages as appetizers, and the croquettes we got seemed like the meat was a little chewy/gamey, but the sausage was top notch! We split the pork chop as our entree and it was fantastic. Would definitely go back here!

This is a trendy, modern, Cuban inspired bar in downtown Birmingham. Please do yourself a favor and order the Black Ops cocktail, you can thank me later. I would have given this place 5 stars, however my pork chop was a little on the dry side. The golden beet salad was delicious. Great place, I'll be back.

My new favorite place. I made a reservation and visited the establishment on a Friday. Star was my waitress and she was great. I ordered the pork chop which was the best I've ever had. My guest had the wagu steak which was also great. The drinks are also good and they have a great selection but sip slow ????. I'll advise anyone that's looking to visit to make reservation prior.
