Buffalo Wild Wings

I and a couple of coworkers ordered lunch for pickup. The food was ready abt 4mins after I go there. It was hot and it was good. (1st time trying the Bird Dawgs????????) The service was courteous and quick DURING LUNCH HOURS...I was impressed. Will go again...

Didn't expect much given the location of this BWW but we were in the area and decided to give it a shot. It wasn't particularly busy, the service was extremely slow or non existent. Had to wait for at least 10 minutes to get soft drinks for the kids, when they all needed refills, server was nowhere to be found for a while, my wife ended up taking 3 cups to the bar for refills, I had to get paper towels from the restroom as we had none or silverware until the end of the meal. Brought my second beer, which I ordered before food came, after I had finished eating. Just an overall disappointing time. The food was fine, nothing special. Don't know if we will come back again or not.

My wife and I are here for our son’s surgery and decided to eat here since it’s close to UAB. Kaitlin,was the most amazing waitress. She was kind, upbeat, and so so attentive!along with Aj! The food was wonderful, drinks stayed full, and if you give this place a chance ASK FOR KAITLIN!
