My new favorite Birmingham restaurant! The kafta burger had a delicious sauce, and the cheesy fries were incredible. They also had a beautiful outdoor patio.

I went to Al's for a late night snack after a concert. The fountain out front was absolutely gorgeous! I ordered the nachos at the counter, and sat in a booth. It took a little while for my food to arrive (or maybe I was just tired and hungry). But when it was brought out, I was blown away. SO MUCH FOOD! It was delicious but there was no way I could eat it all. I'm looking forward to my next visit, to try something else on Al's rather large menu.
