Sitting in drive through for 20 minutes now at one of the busiest places......probably 20 cars left the line already...you'd think that as much business that transpires..that this location would be stocked with decent help....
This jacks is ridiculous. This place is nothing like how it use to be when I worked here. Where is the customer service. Don’t even say welcome to Jack’s no more, such a shame. Fast food ???? that’s literally a joke. Waited in drive- thru for a 8 ct nugget and fries for 25 mins smh. Stayed because honestly I was hungry and figured after this long wait the food gotta be fresh.
The food as always is great ! Only gave 3 stars because I sat in the drive thru line for 35 almost 40 mins with a 14, 5,4, and 2 year old! I was bald by the time I got to the window!
