I Absolutely Love This Particular Captain D's In Bessemer. We Placed Our Order Through Door Dash. I Had Spoke With The Manager Before Hand. Our Food Was Hot And Oh So Delicious.????????????

My food was hot and good the inside was clean I clean the table myself because it still had a few crumbs on it,nothing major.

My experience here this week was terrible. I ordered two 4 piece battered fish meals. I get home and open it and it's two country style fish meals. I call the store and a guy answered the phone and his attitude was so nonchalant about the whole thing. He tells me there isn't any battered dipped fish but nobody told me that prior to ordering. He didn't care anything about it. Gas is really expensive now to be going back and forth wasting more money on food that should've been right the first time.
