Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

While eating lunch with my husband to9/21/22, we must have heard the F-Bomb dropped very loudly more times than I would have if I had been a ship with a bunch of Sailor's no offense to our great Military. I was shocked when a worker came out in the dining room stretched out on the bench and started talking loudly on the phone using the same foul language and the B word. I will never step back in Popeyes in Bay Minette,Alabama.

Got white meat instead of dark as requested. Good chicken! Nice spice. Pleasant service.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Get to the speaker at drive thru. Can you hold, not welcome, not one moment please, nothing. She comes back and ask for the order rude, almost yelling but with an attitude. Place order, get to the window, not hi, again nothing. Says total while patting her head. ???? Ordered 1 combo and 2 sandwiches. Ask for chilled strawberry lemonade which the menu says .40 upcharge but it was .50 Get the drink, wasn't frozen...didn't even bother asking why I didn't get the correct drink. Hands me the food no thank you, have a nice night. Absolutely no other words than my total. If you want to hire high school students make sure they have some type of respect for their job, just rude. For what? They need some serious training. Team members standing around on their cell phones. They obviously heard how she spoke, or the lack there off. The young girl was rude taking the next order on the speaker while I was at the window waiting on our food.
