Came at prime dinner time and was run by lazy high school kids, chicken quesadilla had no chicken and cheese wasn’t melted. Smoothie was straight ice and oj. Tropical smoothie is usually great but this place is horribly run

Ordered 2 smoothies in the store. There were only a few other people in the store, on a Sunday morning. We waited 15 minutes and asked about our order. They said they had grubhub and online orders ahead of us. We waited 5 more minutes and nothing. Then we asked for our money back and they said they didn't do refunds. Finally got our smoothies nearly 30 minutes after ordering. This is unacceptable. If someone comes in and orders in person they should be served as soon as possible or if you are not able to provide prompt service at least let the customer know so they can go somewhere else before taking their money and not allowing refunds. The few other people in the store also had extraordinarily long waits for their orders.
