Johnny Brusco's New York Style Pizza

It was our first time coming to this restaurant, and we thought all the food was really good, the service was great, and he atmosphere was like a worn leather glove in that it was comfortable but it wasn't overly fancy. The only reason for four stars was because we were disappointed to find that they don't have fried mozzarella sticks as an appetizer.

Tried for an hour to call the one in Moore’s Mill. Never rang but went straight to voicemail which says the mailbox is full. Called the E University to ask if the other one was open. Was told yes and explained about the phone. She replied they are probably too busy to answer the phone. I asked how we were supposed to place an order if nobody answers the phone to which she replied I don’t know. I said thank you and she hung up. Rude employee and aggravated that I can’t place a to go order as they don’t have an online way of ordering. Pizza is always good but the service sucked today and we didn’t even get food ????

4 stars for Emily with dark hair who helped us. Abby with the blonde hair has an attitude and was extremely rude to my mom who’s literally the sweetest person ever. Fix your customer service ABBY. If we are spending $40 on two pizzas I expect to not be spoken to poorly. If we have an order number you should be able to look it up, she said she couldn’t help us unless there was a name only. The little hand gestures with the sassy mouth wasn’t necessary.
