Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location is really good for game day so that was a plus but the food was not the typical quality we’d expect from Chipotle. It wasn’t terrible but the rice definitely needed to be cooked longer. The staff was reasonably friendly but could work a little on their portions. We were happy to be able to eat so close to the stadium but they could use a little work on their food quality and portions. The potential is there just need to get better at the execution.

This location doesn't know how to handle busy periods. One can easily sit in the drive thru 30+ minutes. The line barely moves for pre scheduled pickup orders. Tip: other Chipotle drive thru locations advise people to come circle around in a few minutes or park if the food isn't ready or if they arrived earlier than the scheduled pickup time.

I have never really had an issue with this chipotle. However that changed today. First of all they have an unuseable drive thru. Then we ordered our food a half hour before the pick up time. We walked in the lobby and it was full of people who were waiting for their online orders. The staff then declined all walk in orders but didn’t post a sign on the door. We waited over an hour for our food. One staff member kept roaming the lobby. Another started cleaning in front of a full lobby of people waiting for food. The staff that was making the food was laughing and talking. They wouldn’t place orders until all the orders were complete so then they would wheel out a big cart. Some orders were sitting on the cart for 20 minutes.
