Auburn Draft House

Christopher was our server today and made our experience the worst we ever have had at the draft house. Okay we waited over 40 minute to get server. We went to the hostess 20 minutes into our wait and told her we still haven’t been helped she asked where we were sitting and acted shocked. 20 minutes after that is then Christopher showed up. He didn’t even apologize he was completely rude. We had to ask for enough silverware and then he never brought it so we had to share utensils. He never once refilled our drinks. Our mimosa pitcher came out after our food and the kitchen brought out food out not even him. We had to flag him down to get our checks and ask for a Togo box. He didn’t bring that either then we had to ask another server. The other party with us paid in cash and didn’t tip 20% because of how horrible his service was. Then He preceded to come over and say rude things to them and how they tip which is extremely unprofessional. Seriously have never been so disrespectful in my

Sat at the bar and the bartender waited on us immediately, took are orders and even our pitcher of mimosa. The only thing I didn't care for was being asked by another waitress to move my seat at the bar for someone to sit there for five minutes with their party until their table was ready (there were seats available on the other side).The wait for our food took forever, but we were pleased with what we ordered.

Tried this place two weeks ago. Food was decent, but service was horrible. Took 15 minutes to get greeted by a waiter. Took another 30 minutes to get our food. To top it off, it took 25 minutes for the waiter to bring a check. Tried the place again tonight for chicken tenders to go. Placed the order at the bar. Waited. Waited. Waited. After 25 minutes I was able to get the bartender’s attention to check on the order. He said “they just dropped the tenders, so it will be another 10 minutes. At that point I simply had him refund my money so I could get out of there. We have two kids in college here’s and visit often. We will never be back to this place. I recommend you don’t waste your time here either.
