McDonald's

We used the app for a code, was told we had to make an additional purchase to qualify, said "ok, we will place that order". Mumbles through speaker.... Paid at the window and drove to second window to collect our food. Half of our order was missing (app food) When we told the employee she said you'll have to go through the line again ???? This was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had, by far. Zero customer service.

very very slow with order, didn't get my receipt, woman in window had an attitude and said receipt printer was down and I watched her put paper in the printer

Slippery floors from rain almost fell when leaving inside and outside door ways, lobby fountain drink machine not working, breakfast hash browns were cold more talk than work in the kitchen long wait for my staff filled drinks. Beware of floors in and out if wet. Serious injury can and will occur.
