Acapulco Mexican Restaurant

Good food. Friendly staff. Food came out fast and hot. This was on a busy Sunday at lunchtime. In addition to the typical Mexican food on the menu they also had a lunch special. Hamburger Steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, and collard greens.

Me and my husband were in Atmore of course for the casino for a birthday trip. We researched restaurants to eat near by because the casino was too expensive in my opinion. Found this little hole in the wall about six miles away and we tried it out. The service was fast, we were acknowledged upon walking in the door and was seated. Our server Stacy got our drink order and was very prompt and polite. To be honest, I was thinking the food was not going to be good but I was wrong. I got the chicken and mushrooms Fajita and it was flavorful and it was a large enough portion to have more later on after getting back to the hotel. Don’t allow the appearance to stop you from it out. Small gem and if we ever come back to Atmore we will be back.

Great food and service was fast and everyone was friendly.
