Whataburger

Sunday, November 20, 7 PM. Waited in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes without a single car moving. Finally actually jumped the curb to get out of line and left. There was a huge line. This store is definitely not ready for prime time. My understanding is they opened two or three weeks ago and this has been a constant problem. Clearly, from these other reviews, I can see there has been an issue and not having product or not being able to have a satisfactory Wait time. They should shut the doors and restart their training and get ready to reopen when they are ready. Otherwise doing a disservice to the public and giving Whataburger a bad name.

I waited in line for half an hour for them to tell me they only have chicken sandwiches available and no burgers. They could have put up a sign at the front of the line or something instead of wasting mine and others time.
