Taco Bell

This place is ridiculous! Everytime I come they ALWAYS forget something in my order. So this time I say in drive thru to check it. Of course I was missing 3 items. So they ask for the bag back through the window which is against health department policy. Then give my bag back and I am still missing a burrito. Not to mention, there was a small white hair in my Mexican pizza. I told the cashier at the window (Arrissa F.) And her way of fixing that issue was to shut the window in my face. That's ok. I will be calling corporate Monday when they open. I've worked fast food. This is not how you do business!!!!!!

Everything was cold and tacos broken and soggy. This store is a joke. If I had the choice I wouldn’t even give them 1 star

I have no complaints about the food quality, but it's obvious that the young man at the drive thru window needs to be trained in customer service skills.
