Sonic Drive-In

I seriously wish I could give NO stars. My 2 sons and I waited 23 min at the window for a hamburger with pickles, mustard & ketchup only, a cheeseburger with ketchup only, 2 med fries, a chocolate & vanilla shake. Got the food- the fries were cold and the cheeseburger was so cold the cheese was not even melted! I told the lady & asked for the manager, she came to the window, could care less, gave me a refund only after demanding the food and shakes back- I told her that was fine but wanted an explanation- she said it was only her and the other lady there tonight with a haughty attitude but my thing was 23 MIN!!!! It doesn’t take that long to cook fresh food ☹️

Absolutely nothing 'super' with the Super Sonic Premium burrito. They were literally 3 bites and gone. If this is inflation, Sonic is out for future visits. Seriously disappointing!

Giving 2 stars because they were friendly at the speaker/window and pretty quick. However, I spent $45 on food tonight and everything was so disgusting that I had to go to Arbys to get more food so we could eat tonight. It tasted as if the grease had not been changed in weeks, everything was soggy and under-filled, just nasty. I did call up there to let the manager know how our food was and that I recommended changing the grease sooner than later. Of course the conversation was an it is what it is type of conversation, nothing more expected. I just don’t believe it’s very hard to make sure everything is cooked fresh and the grease isn’t black before handing out $45 tickets of food to someone. Just a little word of advice
