Customer service has gone the way of the dinosaur just about everywhere. But McDonald's has to be the worst. At least this one here on 72 in athens, al. I have to order atcthe counter because the kiosk doesn't offer the option of a regular bun for a big Mac as opposed to the sesame seed bun. I stood at the counter at least 10 minutes and was stared at by multiple team members and the manager. All of which made no move to take my order or explain why they aren't coming right away to take my order it wasn't until I said in a loud voice that I needed to place an order did someone come over, look at me as if my head were green and begin to give excuses for why they took so long. Food was good though, once we got it.
