McDonald's

The Food was great and I would like to acknowledge two managers Olivia and Laura they both were so sweet they both deserve a raise

Me and my boyfriend had ordered online We pulled up about the time we got through ordering the ordering waited 37 minutes and it's on 4 combos 42 minutes later they brought out the food to the door and hollered at my boyfriend to meet them at the door Our food was cold and the fries were not done and we were missing 2 drinks so I so I went inside where there was roughly 5 or 6 people Everyone had already ordered there was 3 people in there because their order was either cold or wrong the managers looked over me after me telling them that I did not have my drinks And began talking to each other and continuing to work on everyone else's meals and drive-through they locked the doors before I even Got inside the restaurant one of the customers had unlocked the door and let me in I had to speak very loudly to the managers which was 3 of them that I only needed 2 drinks and I had already been waiting almost 50 minutes now Poor customer service and managers were rude although one did apologiz

We stopped by to grab breakfast after playing at the park, bright and early. I ordered my husband and myself some breakfast wraps and hash browns, and I also ordered a cinnamon bun and hash brown for my son. He was very excited about the cinnamon bun! And then they reviewed my order and I confirmed. Got to the window, the order with the cinnamon bun? Yes! That's me! Got home.. no cinnamon bun. Wasn't driving all the way back because gas is more expensive. Every time I go to a McDonald's, it's always something. I try to give it another try because I like their breakfast wraps but I'm tired of wasting money and not getting my food or getting food that's not edible or has pieces of wood in them like the McDonald's in Madison ???? 0/10 btw. I'm just not thrilled with the service and they have really jacked up the price of things too.
