Catfish Cabin II

My experience was horrible the staff started off pleasant but thier attitude changed when I told management my food was cold the hush puppies were hot a delicious but my catfish and shrimp was awful she said I had to pay for food I didn’t even eat then snatched the plates off table and said she will make fresh food @ that point I didn’t want anything because we went back and forth for a few minutes.. she came back after touching my food and seeing that it was cold and apologized and said she will make sure it’s hot next time .. but there won’t be a next time because that experience was awful

Catfish Cabin is a long standing favorite of our family’s. The food is always fresh and hot when it comes out as well as flavorful. Their hush puppies are a must with every meal because they’re that good. The staff, a few of which have been there as long as I can remember, always treat the customers like friends/family.

My family tried this restaurant out to try and mix things up. We were greeted and served with friendly staff. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our food and there wasn’t a lot of people there that evening for dinner. The food that was received was cold, like it had been finished and left to sit. The wife and I were not thrilled with the cold fish, but my almost 4 year old didn’t seem to mind her shrimp.
