Poor customer service regarding rewards program. Why have rewards if 6 minute time limits are attached? It's crazy. Lost the business of a loyal customer.
Had a big order and they took the time to get it right. Well done.
Did not provide fork or spoon or salt. When I asked if they were in the bag at the drive thru the young lady assured me it was all in the bag. It wasn't. No way to eat the ce slaw. No salt for the fries. Toast was floppy warm bread...nit toast. I guess I was lucky to get a napkin?
