Los Arcos

I have always loved Los Arcos, but tonight it was AWFUL‼ I went in at 4:45 and ordered the #1 combination. 1 taco, 2 enchiladas, beans and rice. The rice was so dry I could hardly swallow it (even the peas were dehydrated). The taco was a taco bell shell with some dried out hamburger and a couple pieces of lettuce. The thing I was most looking forward to were the enchiladas! They were not edible‼ They were almost rolled up very Chewy tortillas full of dried out hamburger and what looked like ketchup poured on the top of each one. I couldn't even cut it with my fork! They were disgusting! When the cashier asked if the food was good and I said no, all he said was oh, and went about his business. NEVER AGAIN‼????

Very disappointed. Ordered Guacamole Cesar and what I received was just thrown on a plate and consisted of 1 avocado cut up, white onion and tomatoes with a bit of cilantro. It did not taste good, mostly just tasted like the strong onions and was pico de gaio and nothing like any guacamole I have ever seen. It looked nothing like the picture on the menu. Nothing. My husbands meal was very very average. So much for their boast on the menu that they make the best guacamole in town.

Sorry place to order Mexican food they skimp out where ever possible don't expect it to be anywhere close to what the picture on the menu looks like or as advertising
