Ono Grill

I went there for the first time today & the food was terrible. The service was good, but the chicken fried rice was not flavorful at all. It tasted boiled or something out of a can. We asked can we get a refund or not pay full price, even trade it out for something else. The manager was very rude, and says "If I don't like it, I still pay for it." Well, if 4 out of the 6 people at the table got the same thing and it was still a full plate, we should be able to trade it out or don’t come out of pocket for the whole thing. Definitely don't get the fried rice! I can't speak for anything else but that. Stay blessed.????

Food is well seasoned especially the chicken and shrimp fried rice. Everything cooked in wok. Sushi is fresh and no fake fillings. Staff is super friendly especially the owners. I was once a customer and now work here. There is not a single thing on the menu that I do not like. Grill is amazing! Steak very tender especially the sirloin. Sooo good! I love the food, owners and the customers that come in. The owners go out of their way to make sure the customers are satisfied, but not to the point that they give free food out!

This place is nothing to look at but the food we had was incredible and our server, Jennifer, was so very helpful! We definitely found our new sushi place!
