Taco Bell

I ordered on the app and we was there with a 24 foot trailer and couldn't go through drive through...so I walked to window and the employees were very rude!! They wouldn't give me my food unless I was in a vehicle..so I seen someone we knew in drive thru and hopped in his vehicle and asked him to get it for me and they told me I would have to get to the back of the line...had another friend go through (at the end) and they told her they didn't have an order under my name!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT IN ANDALUSIA ALABAMA!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!!!

This restaurant is the best in the town! Such awesome customer service and such awesome friendly people there!! Food was out the window very fast and efficiently!

ABSOLUTELY WORST PLACE EVER!! Took an hour to get our food only for half the order to be missing and the other half to be made completely wrong.. Servers seemed as if they were 100% unable to read the orders. The restaurant and bathrooms were so very disgusting I was honestly afraid to even eat the food. I love Taco Bell in general but this was enough to make anyone never want ANY Taco Bell ever again.
