Huddle House

I don’t know what’s been up with them lately. I’ve called 3 times in 30 minutes just for no one to pick up the phone. Came inside to place my Togo order just to see not even half the tables were full. Picked up my order from yesterday, but had to wait 20 minutes, while it was ready, just for waitresses to look at me and ignore me until one finally said ‘ you’ve been here forever, can I help you with something? ‘ My food had been looked over by three different people also picking up to go orders, after I came in, so I know it was ready. The cooks always look at any one who walks in the door angrily and makes them feel unwelcome. Probably won’t be back for a while after sonic opens back up. Used to be my favorite breakfast spot.

Service was slow. Took over 30 mins to get our food and most was burnt and or cold and half came out 10 mins later. Had to yell across restaurant for ketchup and syrup. There was no team work what so ever in the employees. Seemed most hated their job or just was in no hurry to do anything. Table next to us sat dirty with someone's food plates the whole time we were there and was still there when we left. Floors were pretty nasty behind the counter, makes me wonder how good they really clean. Will not be going back
