When I went to Jacks tonight I received absolutely horrible service and my meal was prepared incorrectly. If you’re going to treat your customers with such disrespect and attitude the least you can do is prepare the meal properly…… I will drive to Jacksonville going forward.
Friendly service and decent hamburgers.. french fries were a bit on the hard side and possibly not fresh.
