We’ve been wanting to try Carib. Went for the first time tonight and we will be back! The food is amazing. So fresh and delicious. We both had the stewed chicken with rice and black eyed peas and you have to add just a little of Dianne’s special sauce. Yum!!! We enjoyed talking with Dianne and Fariah. They are wonderful, hard-working people. Carib is a treasure for our little city.
