Sonic Drive-In

I go to this location a lot and today i went for my coney and tots and always ask for onions on my Coney. Not only did i not get the onions but what little bit of toppings that was on the hotdog was smeared all in side the package because they smashed my coneys with the other food they piled on top. Absolutely ridiculous and im not driving out of my way to go back up there for them to fix it. I basically have a hot dog with nothing on it at all. Its common sense not to put heavy things on top of things that can be squished. I suppose this person also puts the loaf bread in the same bag as a Gallon of milk at the grocery store.

I would give zero stars if I could. RUDE ENTITLED AND UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES! I was with my daughter who had just had surgery, we waited 20 minutes to the point she was crying and the lady with a limp spoke to us like trash… I’ve had to cancel my orders twice previously as well because we’ve waited over 20 minutes with no service. Was a trash place years ago, it got better for awhile and now it’s absolute garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

Good food besides had send my cheese burger back because i asked for no mayo and it had it on there anyway.
