Los Arcos

It's was late. It was hard to get acknowledged by anyone. Even after the kids working up front saw me standing at the register it took the bartender lady telling them 2 times to come take my order. Ordered fiesta fajita bowl with light chicken, extra cheese and extra rice. When I got to my car with my food it was a soupy mess in the bag. They put all that food with the extra rice in what appeared to be the smallest aluminum to go pan they had and to top it off they didn't seal the lid but about halfway so it was all in the bag, all over EVERYTHING. Tried to go back in(only had 1 napkin) and they had loved the door. Called....no answer. The same kid that ignored me the first time ignored me a second time when he saw me knocking on the door. Very unprofessional, shows a total lack of pride in what they do. Made me feel as if they looked as me as disposal. Oh and I had just as much chicken as everything else. Safe to say I won't be back to Albertville LosArcos

Had lunch with my kids while I was in town. Food & service was great ???? Parking: Open parking Wheelchair accessibility: Im not handicapped but I like the access at the entry where there are no cars parked at the door area for the handicapped to safely enter.

Had a couple kinks on couple orders a few months back but for the most part this place is awesome! Great customer service always! Thank you! God bless!
