Giovanni's Pizza

First time eating here and i have absolutely nothing bad to say about the waitress's but the owner is rude and unapologetic. They started getting kinda busy as we sat there so things moved a little slow and we waited a while on our food but we understand. Its not fast food and the place was far from empty. The real problem started when we got our food. My mother in laws food was cold. We all three ordered meatballs with our food and they came out and only one of the meatballs was done. I said something to the waitress and she agreed when she seen what we was talking about because they were red enough that they didnt have a done texture. We did not want it taken off the ticket, we wanted it fixed. She brought some more out and once again one was done, one was pink ish and one was RAW. As a cook myself i know how DONE meatballs taste and look. So when the owner tried to come to my table and say that they ARE done and we are basically mistaken, is what rubbed the wrong way. We do not eat
