Buffalo Wild Wings

Wings ordered were room temperature when served. This is 3rd time that has happened yes the first two times I visited I had them to replace them with freshly cooked wings. This time I said nothing. I Will not be back. My daughters cheese burger was the same way. Precooking food is not working BWW

I have eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings 3 times so far. Each visit has been enjoyable with good food & good service. I give a 4 star for in person visits. However the takeout which I have tried several times has been a mess. Food not ready on time and not getting the right food or not getting everything that I ordered has been a problem. So far I recommend eating in and enjoying the atmosphere and games on the TV. I'm hoping time will help with the to go orders.

Too many young workers not enough adult supervision. Called in a take out order and the order taker was clueless. Got to the restaurant and the place was not too busy but there were dirty tables everywhere and workers standing around. Got back to the take out area and stood waiting for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. It was 35 minutes from order to delivery. Some of my chicken was over cooked. Love Bdubs but this restaurant needs help.
