Waited over 40 minutes just to not ever have my food made. Five workers on shift but they're short staffed. They had no problem getting door dash orders and drive thru out. Manager never even apologized after asking for a refund. I will never return to a taco bell after this experience
Made a simple order inside which was just a grilled cheese burrito and a Doritos locos taco.. after seeing SEVERAL PEOPLE getting their food that ordered AFTER me I asked where my food was and no one knew.. they claimed it was already made yet I STOOD THERE WATCHING them prepare orders and never saw mine.. it took an older man walking up demanding to know where my order was because I was waiting for my order when he came in. At this point this man had already gotten his food and ate his meal and I STILL hadn’t received my food! It took him sternly telling them to make my order before I FINALLY got it! Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I’ve never in my life dealt with such ignorance and not to mention the guy preparing the food did so with the same gloves on that he just handled cash with and said several times how much he hates his life.. I WILL NOT be back!
