McDonald's

I had a mobile order for a cheeseburger, medium fries, a medium drink and a crispy chicken sandwich. My husband’s cheeseburger and fries were good but my chicken sandwich was dry, burnt and blackened. The buns were also burnt!

How you can't speak English and yet, have the nerve to get mad because you messed up my order. I asked for a hot mcCafe item, the young male cashier asked my order 3 times to verify, and then told the older male worker that my order was a hot mcCafe. the older worker messed up my order, when I asked about it, he admitted that he heard the younger guy say the correct order, but he made it the way he wanted it. I don't argue with those who can't speak correctly so I just took what was made and went onto class.

Ive been meaning to make this review for awhile, today yet again I have to go back through the line for something I paid for. I have literally never gotten everything I've ordered from this establishment. This is the closest McDonald's to me so I come here pretty often unless I wanna drive way too much for a smushed burger. Always have an attitude and for some reason just completely unable to fulfill a order. Not to mention they somehow managed to blacken my chicken and still let it come out cold and soft. Even for a McDonald's this place is bad.
