6 stars for the Hostess, who seem to be a little flirty. Ordered a Double Burger With Bacon OMG could’ve used the Bacon as A Belt!! Burger way way over cooked/NOT fit for human consumption!!!! Deviled egg halves had tiny pieces of shell on them!!!! OVED ALL WILL NOT EVER EVER BE BACK
I just so not like how much Jim ‘N Nicks has changed from a family friendly restaurant to a place that makes you feel like cattle! Having to stand in line in front of the entrance in order to place an order and having to pay extra for bread is just sad. I still like the food, but would take it to go since they are pretty much the same as a fast food chain now.
some items were missing from our to-go order, but i specifically came here to give the manager of the night Ashley a shout out. amazing customer service and she even said the next time we place an order to call them and she would personally check the order. 10/10 … More
